Terms of Service — DRAFT

Effective: 30 August 2026 · Last updated: 30 August 2026

1. What this is

Money vs Many is a paid placement board. Businesses pay to appear on a public ranking and to be matched into public contests ("fights"). The audience participates for free.

The one rule everything else serves: money and votes buy the stage; only people move the rope. No payment, at any price, changes the outcome of a fight. There is no rope-weighting, no tap-weighting, and no purchasable advantage of any kind.

By using moneyvsmany.com, listing a product, or paying a fee, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Who operates it

Money vs Many is operated by Chandan, Hassan, Karnataka, India.

Contact: [email protected] · Grievance Officer: Chandan, [email protected].

3. What a payment buys — and what it does not

A payment buys placement. Nothing else.

Fees are for a delivered service — placement on the public board, or a cycle of candidacy. The fee is not refundable. This is stated at checkout before payment. If a payment is later reversed by your bank, the listing it paid for is removed.

We do not operate a game of chance or skill for stakes. The audience pays nothing, stakes nothing, wins nothing, and receives no prize, payout, or money's worth of any kind. Fighters receive no prize; a win confers recognition only.

4. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and able to form a binding contract. You must not use the service if prohibited under applicable law, including trade sanctions.

5. Listings

You may list only a product you own or are authorised to represent, and you must prove control of the destination before the listing appears — by DNS record, a file on the domain, a page meta tag, or a matched platform account. Unverified products do not appear.

Each listing carries one industry tag (locked once chosen), a short description of what the product is, a short statement of why it is fighting, and a link to the destination. Tracking parameters are stripped.

Not permitted: chat, invite or messaging-group links; link shorteners; adult or sexual content; anything illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing, or harmful; impersonation of another person or business; and listings placed on behalf of a competitor without authorisation.

We may refuse, hold, edit the category of, suspend or remove any listing, at any time, with reasons published as set out in §12. Removal for breach does not entitle you to a refund.

Listings do not expire on their own. A listing remains on the road until you remove it, it is selected to fight, or it is removed under these Terms — it simply falls in rank as others declare more. So that the board does not accumulate indefinitely, we refresh the road approximately every three months, retiring listings that have been inactive across that period. Retirement is not a refund event: the fee bought placement, and that placement was delivered.

6. The audience

Participation is free and requires a signed-in account. One human, one account, one pull per fight, one vote per cycle. Automated participation, multiple accounts, purchased accounts, and any scheme to simulate people are prohibited and will be treated as set out in §11.

Your handle is public when you act. Pulling for a side places your handle on that side's public wall, and it stays there permanently if that side wins. Voting is public. If you do not want that, do not pull or vote.

7. Rewards offered by fighters ("war chests")

A fighter may publicly offer its own products, services or goods to people who support it. Such offers are made and fulfilled entirely by that fighter, not by Money vs Many, and we are not a party to them.

Cash, cash equivalents, cryptocurrency, gift cards, and fee credits may not be offered. Only the fighter's own goods or services. We do not hold, escrow, or transmit any such reward at any time.

8. Challenges

A listed product may publicly challenge another product carrying the same tag. Acceptance is required — nobody is ever forced into a fight. An unanswered challenge is recorded publicly as unanswered. An accepted challenge may result in a separate fight between those two products.

9. Outcomes

Wherever the rope stands when the bell rings decides the fight. Where the rope is level, the side with more distinct human supporters wins; failing that, the side that reached its final number first; failing that, the result is a draw and nothing is demolished. No outcome is decided by chance, and no outcome is decided by us.

A winner's wall is preserved permanently. A loser's wall is replaced by a marker recording the date and result; the record remains publicly accessible. Nothing paid for is ever erased.

10. Availability

The service is provided as-is. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it, including pausing payments, at any time. We do not guarantee uptime. If a technical failure materially affects a fight, we may void or re-run it, and will publish that decision.

11. Prohibited conduct

You may not: create or use multiple accounts; use automation to pull, vote or tap; buy, sell or rent accounts or participation; manipulate counts by any means; list a product you do not control; place challenges in bad faith to harass; scrape beyond ordinary browsing; interfere with the service; or attempt to obtain an advantage that money and votes are not permitted to buy.

12. Rulings, and how we publish them

We may disqualify a participant, void a fight, re-run a fight, change a tag, or remove a listing. Every such decision is published, with the evidence relied on, because the integrity of the board depends on it being checkable.

Published rulings state facts only — what was observed, when, and what rule it engaged — using pre-approved wording. We do not publish characterisations of a person's motives or character, and we do not publish payment or dispute information beyond a neutral statement of account status.

If you believe a ruling about you is factually wrong, write to [email protected]; we will review and, if we were wrong, publish a correction with the same prominence.

13. Complaints and grievances

Write to Chandan at [email protected]. We acknowledge within 24 hours and aim to resolve within 15 days, in line with applicable Indian intermediary rules. For rights-holder complaints, include your details, the listing, the destination, the nature of the claim, and a statement that your notice is accurate.

14. Your content and our use of public information

You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and archive your listing and the public information we retrieve about your destination, for as long as needed to operate and keep a public record of the board.

We display third-party names to identify the products listed. This is identification, not affiliation or endorsement.

15. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost traffic, or lost business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 30 days before the claim arose. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hassan have exclusive jurisdiction.
